A brand new kitchen, utility room and bathroom have been fitted during the recent renovations , with washing machine , dishwasher ,oven and hob , fridge and separate freezer , toaster , coffee machine and microwave for your convenience . For dogs we have a fully enclosed lawn and patio back garden , a dog bed and crate , poo bags ,throws , dog bowls , treats and towels . You will find tea ,coffee sugar , herbal teas and basic condiments suplied for your convenience along with a welcome basket of goodies for you to enjoy . The cosy lounge with wood burning effect gas stove has a smart TV with Netflix , there is fast Wi-Fi provided with good coverage around the cottage. The dining room is furnished with a traditional rustic Farmhouse table and a wood burning stove ,this is a good place catch up with some paper/ office work as there is good WiFi here . The oak stairs are of non standard construction and may not suitable for anyone with mobility restrictions or very young children . ( even though we say not suitable for young children we are happy to discuss options )
The 2 double bedrooms are tastefully furnished and we provide luxury Egyptian Cotton bedding , towels and shower gel . The brand new upstairs bathroom has a WC , bath and above bath shower . The south facing rear garden is a great little sun trap , fully enclosed and safe for dogs , there is a large patio / outdoor dining /BBQ area with BBQ and Pergola , a cosy Summer House with electrics and smaller seating area by the back door all complete with garden furniture.
