WE’RE HIRING – RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR
📍 Haywards at The Grasmere | Keynsham
We’re looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and reliable Restaurant Supervisor to join our small, friendly team!
Whether you’re an experienced supervisor, ready to take the next step in hospitality, or home from university for an extended period, we’d love to hear from you!
THE ROLE
• Approximately 20–30 hours per week, depending on business levels and seasonal demand
• Flexible hours where possible
• Mainly Thursday–Sunday, including breakfast, daytime and evening shifts
• A mixture of restaurant and office/admin duties
• Independently running shifts in management’s absence
• Supervising and supporting our FOH team
• Opening and closing the restaurant
• Managing bookings and guest enquiries
• Maintaining high standards of service
WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO
• Is aged 18+
• Has previous hospitality experience – essential
• Ideally has supervisory experience, although this isn’t essential
• Is confident, reliable, friendly and organised
• Can take responsibility and lead a shift independently
• Has excellent customer service skills
• Is happy to get stuck in and support the team
• Is available for weekends and early breakfast shifts
Full training on our systems and procedures will be provided.
