Shepherd’s Hall, Old Market, Bristol.
This mural celebrates the history of Shepherd’s Hall and the stories of the surrounding Old Market community through a collection of authentic historic photographs and local imagery from the past.
Every image was carefully recreated entirely with spray paint, transforming the building into a giant collage of memories that reflect the people, architecture, traditions and character that shaped this area over the years.
One of the biggest challenges was the architecture itself. Every building, street scene and photograph had to sit correctly on the wall, with accurate proportions and perspective, while still feeling like a natural part of the composition. It took patience, precision and many hours with spray cans, but seeing local history brought back to life on this scale made it all worthwhile.
Created using spray paint only.
