We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join a highly regarded food-led pub with rooms in the beautiful West Sussex countryside, around 30 minutes from Worthing and 20 minutes from Midhurst.

The Role

Support the General Manager with the day-to-day running of the pub, restaurant and guest rooms, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, high standards and strong commercial performance.
