We are recruiting a hands-on General Manager for a modern 120-bedroom, room-only hotel in Central / North West London, catering to both leisure and business guests.

This is a standalone operation within a small group, requiring a highly self-sufficient operator with a strong background in independent or small group hotels.

Key Responsibilities

- Full operational oversight (Reception, Housekeeping, Reservations, Sales)
- Lead and support Heads of Department
- Manage day-to-day hotel performance
- Full P&L ownership, budgeting and reporting
- Drive service standards and guest satisfaction
- Monitor sales performance
- Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements

Experience Required

- 2–3 years’ experience as GM / Hotel Manager / Operations Manager (independent hotel essential)
- Large branded hotel backgrounds without independent experience not considered
- Proven department leadership with full P&L responsibility
- Strong commercial awareness and hands-on approach
- Stable career history
