We are full until January 2022.

We are now up and running post lockdown though now more as a holiday let than bnb as we are not providing a cooked breakfast. Variety pack and muesli are proving popular and of course not having to get up for us to cook! The pool is lovely and warm at 27C and often warmer in than out. Wenow have a minimum 3 day stay followed by deep cleaning before the next guests. Very glad I bought the carpet and upholstery washer!

We have just waved goodbye to our first guests since March. Almost as weird as it was having no guests. We are now armed with carpet washers. Deep cleaners, instructions from Airbnb and the local council as to best practise and which products to use. The swimming pool is up and running at 27C. No jumping in which has given some bottom lip but that's the way it is and I'm not a subscriber to the flat earth society. Covid clearly exists and we will do our best to protect everyone who comes here. Gov guide lines (where we can understand and interpret them.) Will be adhered to.

Looking forward to a sizzling weekend. Very glad that the pool is looking very inviting. After the usual couple of weeks of cold weather it will now come into its own.

What an amazing July. We have been really busy and our guests have been enjoying the swimming pool and the garden even if the grass is a bit dry. While the raspberries are not so good, mulberries and blackberries are ripe and full and completely delicious.

The cottage is light and airy and being cool at night with opening windows looking out over thhe orchard. Loads of apples on the trees though how good they will be with so little moisture. Hopefully we will be replenishing our wonderful juice with some very sun ripened fruit again this year.

After a great deal of work and three(!!!) machines as they one after another found it all to much the swimming pool has been pressured washed into pristine cleanness and is now warming up. Oh Joy...…...

Apples in abundance and while making juice for others we are not forgetting to make sure that we have plenty for our bed and breakfast visitors. The swimming pool is now closed for the winter so typically we will are forecaste a very hot weekend. It's still available but probably only for the brave as its getting cold!!

Goodness what a busy summer. Despite having rather changeable weather the pool has maintained a temperature of 27C and has been well used and enjoyed by all. We have had several families with dogs to stay who have enjoyed the woods and fields around for walking in.

The cottage has been busy this autumn. Bristol a 'hot' destination and we are within easy reach 10 mins by car or bus (2 minute walk to bus stop).

University visitors, bringing students visiting later and then alumni. We have easy free parking.

Visit the Great Britain while here a fantastic constantly updated ship by Brunel.

The BnB has been very busy this autumn . Parents of University students bringing their children to Bristol and then others visiting to see how they have settled in.

Returning alumni coming back for reunions playing Woodspring golf course and then of course off to Bristol for a night out. The bus so close to us is very helpful and taxi home easy. Here parking is free and easy.

Having so much room allows everyone to relax not having to share the space with strangers.
