Hi folks. BIG NEWS! Our good friends 𝕄𝕣𝕤 𝕒𝕟𝕕 𝕄𝕣 𝔻𝕀𝕐 Phill and Cheryl Pearce have done amazing things with brand new wooden decking, furniture, patio and steps in our garden, as well as some incredible renovations inside the cottage, so we've never looked better!

Hi from Rockhopper Cottage, everyone!

We've added a "Brixham Tips" page to our website. Please take a look. We're just scratching the surface with a few of our real favourite days out, events, eateries and er, drinkeries... 😉 There's a ridiculous amount of fun and beautiful things to do in and around this fabulous town!

What would we recommend while you're staying in Brixham? From pubs, wonderful eateries, and superb walks, there's so much to do!

Brixham is always such a lively and bustling little town, but it hosts lots of fun annual events. The most famous is the Pirate Festival (but sadly we're already booked for that!)

There are loads of others, and in the photos below you can see details of these great events happening when Rockhopper is still available to book!

We have a new favourite eatery: Olive Brixham, the Mediterranean Kitchen and Wine Bar.

This gorgeous restaurant only opened quite recently, and it's stunning inside, with a lovely atmosphere. It's smack-bang on the harbour too, super-friendly, and it might be our favourite tapas ever!

Happy New Year from Rockhopper Cottage! We hope you had a lovely Christmas break and that the winter blues aren't kicking in too hard!

We've had a break for the cottage too, with lots of family stuff to help with, some storm damage in the garden, and some boiler repairs... All fun! We've got a 100% clean bill of health though, so all's good. We're back up and running, and the cottage is still cosy and gorgeous. 😉

We'll be back very soon with some news on Easter, summer and weekend special offers, but for now here are some pics from our lovely time in Brixham at New Year. ❤️

Happy summer 2023 everyone! It's been a fabulous few weeks recently, with the Brixham Pirate Festival being one of the highlights! There are so many lovely things to do and see here, around our gorgeous harbour, and throughout Torbay. The South West Coastal Path especially is stunning!
