What an incredible milestone to celebrate! ❤️

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of celebrating one of our wonderful resident couples on their 70th wedding anniversary.

Seventy years of love, commitment, and cherished memories is a truly remarkable achievement.

We would like to congratulate them on their Platinum Anniversary and wish them many more happy moments together. 💐🥂

There were plenty of smiles, laughter, and teamwork as everyone got involved in creating these tasty treats. The finished ruffles looked fantastic and tasted even better! 😋

We’re delighted to invite you to join us for Care Home Open Week, taking place from Monday 15th June to Friday 19th June.

Come along and discover more about our home, meet our wonderful team, and see first-hand the activities and care we provide for our residents. Whether you’re just curious or considering care options for a loved one, we would love to welcome you.

🎶📚 A Wonderful Morning at Carterton Library 📚🎶

We took a couple of our residents along to the monthly Music Morning at Carterton Library, and what a lovely time we had!

There was plenty of singing, music, laughter, and great company, creating a wonderful atmosphere for everyone to enjoy. Our residents thoroughly enjoyed joining in and spending time with the local community.

A huge thank you to everyone at Carterton Library for their warm welcome and for organising such a fantastic event. Your hard work and kindness make these mornings so special, and we always look forward to attending.

🐾 Kitten Cuddle Time! 🐾

Our Stacey brought in a beautiful litter of 5 adorable kittens for our residents to enjoy some much-needed snuggles and companionship today! 🐱❤️

The kittens were an instant hit, bringing smiles, laughter, and plenty of cuddles to everyone they met. Animal visits like these can have such a positive impact on wellbeing, helping to reduce stress, spark conversations, and create wonderful memories.

Our residents thoroughly enjoyed spending time with these tiny bundles of joy, and it was heartwarming to see the happiness they brought throughout the home. 🐾💕

What a lovely day our residents had on their trip to Didcot Railway Centre! 🚂✨

Everyone enjoyed exploring the historic trains, soaking up the atmosphere, and sharing lots of smiles and memories together. It was wonderful to see residents reminiscing and enjoying such a special outing.

We’re already looking forward to our next adventure together! ❤️

We are incredibly proud of our very own veterans here at our home. 🇬🇧❤️

A huge thank you to St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School Carterton for inviting us to join their recent VE Day celebrations. It was a truly special occasion, and our residents Fred, Mike, and Brian were honoured to share their memories and experiences with the children and community.
