Croft4 (Broadford) is recruiting for a permanent, year-round part-time role starting April 2026.

We are seeking a reliable, detail-focused local person to take ownership of the day-to-day delivery of our two cosy self-catering cottages.

This is more than a cleaning role.
It is an operational support position within a small hospitality business, where standards, independence and responsibility matter.

✨ What we’re offering:
• 16 hours per week
• 3 set days per week
• 10am – 4pm
• £13.45 per hour (Real Living Wage)
• £11,190 annual pro-rata salary
• 5.6 weeks paid holiday (pro-rata)
• 3% employer pension contribution
• 1 complimentary sauna session every 8 weeks (after probation)

The role includes:
• Full preparation of cottages for guest arrival
• Taking responsibility for guest-facing areas
• Monitoring and maintaining stock levels
• Supporting light ordering and organisation
• Reporting maintenance issues
• Seasonal sauna support (training provided)
• Occasional support with small on-site wellness events behind the scenes.

We are looking for someone who:
• Works confidently on their own
• Takes pride in high standards
• Is proactive and solution-focused
• Is seeking steady, long-term part-time work
