Rainbow over Kingsgate...a beautiful symbol of hope!

If all goes to plan, we will welcome guests to Mermaid's Song from 1st June. Our B&B is always pristine, but additional preventative Covid-19 hygiene rules will be in place.

Hawthorne laden with berries at daybreak over-looking Joss Bay, Broadstairs.

The Hawthorn is reputed to be a tree of magical enchantment. In Celtic mythology it is regarded as one of the most sacred trees, symbolising love and protection.

COLOUR CO-ORDINATED DAMSEL!

Damsel fly on our patio...one of many beautiful ephemeral creatures drawn to our wildlife pond.

The wild-life pond sustains so many creatures in the garden, foxes, hedge-hogs, squirrels, amphibians such as frogs & toads, a plethora of birds of all sizes from Grey Heron to Wren and smaller creatures such as this beautifully colour co-ordinated Damsel fly that chose a matching patio pot on which to settle!
