This is a pic from when I went for an early morning run along the beach front. Up and out at 7am to the beautiful sunshine and peaceful beach. There is a path that runs along the beach front all the way from Stone Bay, through Joss Bay and up to Dumpton Gap. I've also been known to get up for an early morning dip (well it happened once!) 🌊🏊‍♀️
