Our sourdough is a two day process, naturally fermented using a mature starter that
has been carefully nurtured over several months.

Served with our house bacon marmalade, it brings together sweet, savoury and sharp
flavours in the perfect accompaniment. A little taste of what’s to come with our new
Autumn Menu, arriving 9th September 🥖 🍂

Driven by a passion for exceptional seasonal British produce, Greg brings an ingredient led approach rooted in traditional techniques, creativity and a deep respect for the seasons. Over the coming weeks, Greg and the Moda team will be preparing something very special for Autumn 🍂🍽️
