Most of what goes into a stay happens before you get the key. Listings, welcome books, cleaner orders, owner statements. For three years we did all of it by hand.
This year we changed that. One system runs the whole business now, and AI does the first drafts of the slow bits: listing copy, welcome books, the admin nobody sees.
A welcome book lands in every guest's inbox five days before they arrive. Cleaners report problems from their phone and the right person sees it straight away. One rule throughout: AI drafts, a person decides. Nobody but us will ever answer your message.
Next: guest reviews posting straight to owners, and supplies that log themselves on the monthly statement, and full end to end automation of the operation statements.
The goal is a business that mostly runs itself by March 2027, and we're some of the way there.
