ection of drinks perfect for the whole family. We also have a small function room that is available for intimate parties. We have a wonderful beer garden to make the most of warm sunny days. The building dates back to the mid 18th century with additions made from the mid 19th century. Broseley is a small town in Shropshire just south of Ironbridge. The first ironbridge in the world was built in 1779 across the River Severn linking Broseley to Coalbrookedale and Madeley. It was part of the Industrial development in Ironbridge Gorge which is now part of a world heritage site. The legendery ironmaster John Wilkinson who appeared on the old halfpenny coin and constructed the world's first iron boat lived in the town. Abraham Darby who developed the process of smelting iron using coking coal is buried here. Local attractions include:

-Buildwas Abbey
-Broseley Pipeworks
-The Jackfield Tile Museum

If your preference is for sport The Ironmaster is perfect for you, showing live football & vast array of other sports. We also have a pool table and darts board- we are looking for teams to host at The Ironmaster.
