The Ironmaster is a recently refurbished 8 bedroom hotel with immense history. All rooms are en-suite and include a full English breakfast:

If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Broseley, then The Ironmaster is the place to book for a relaxing a friendly stay. The restaurant/bar has a warm and welcoming feel with fresh homemade food and a great selection of drinks perfect for the whole family. We also have a small function room that is available for intimate parties. We have a wonderful beer garden to make the most of warm sunny days. The building dates back to the mid 18th century with additions made from the mid 19th century. Broseley is a small town in Shropshire just south of Ironbridge. The first ironbridge in the world was built in 1779 across the River Severn linking Broseley to Coalbrookedale and Madeley. It was part of the Industrial development in Ironbridge Gorge which is now part of a world heritage site. The legendery ironmaster John Wilkinson who appeared on the old halfpenny coin and constructed the world's first iron boat lived in the town. Abraham Darby who developed the process of smelting iron using coking coal is buried here. Local attractions include:

If your preference is for sport The Ironmaster is perfect for you, showing live football & vast array of other sports. We also have a pool table and darts board- we are looking for teams to host at The Ironmaster.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us over the past week!

We had a great time last night with Louis James singing acoustic classics.

Next week we are packed with Events:

Wed 21st starts our first night of weekly BINGO! £10 per book and prizes to be won. starting from 7:30pm! Cash Only 💵

Sat 24th starting at 8:30pm we have Aaron W Evans performing acoustic hits!

Sunday 25th Starts our first Weekly Quiz! £2 per person with teams of Max 6 people per group, No phones and no cheating! Prizes also to be won! Cash Only💵

I just wanted to reach out to you all and explain that I want the Ironmaster to be a local community pub again where people can come and have a laugh, meet old friends and have a drink and food (when launched) however I have noticed an incredible amount of miss behaviour recently. Firstly we are a NONE smoking or va**ng venue, I ask customers to either use the b**r garden out back or outside the front door.

We love seeing you all and having a great atmosphere here — that’s what this place is all about!

To keep it that way, as landlord I’m making this clear: zero tolerance for any antisocial, rude, or abusive behaviour — whether towards other guests or our hardworking staff.

Everyone deserves to feel safe and welcome here. If you can’t be respectful, this isn’t the place for you — you will be asked to leave and may be asked to not return.
