Over the years we have worked closely with Chestnut House in Pooley Bridge, a real food and drink emporium.
In 2018 we first produce to their request a "Cumberland Saucy Gin"
If you have not tried this pop into Chestnut House for a sample, it's a real winner. This has been endorsed by the Great Taste Awards receiving 2 Stars, a great accolade to the quality of the spirit.
Andrew owner of Chestnut House was then approached by Dalemain Country House, to create a Marmalade Gin to pay tribute to the famous Marmalade festival. Solway Spirits produced this to their unique recipe. This was so successful we went on to produce a Marmalade Whisky
