Staff, cleanliness, location, facilities, comfort and value for money are all 10/10. On the double bed is an expensive mattress filled with organic materials and 1000 springs. It is a firm mattress so I have put a cotton topper on to make it softer. That way Bossell Cottage guests have control over their sleep experience. I tell all my guests so I am a little bit disappointed with a 8/10 score with a vague 7.5/10 for the bed rating.
