Gawcott Church

Gawcott Church Holy Trinity Church, Gawcott. Services at 10:30 on 1st (Cafe Church), 3rd (Care & Share) and 4th (Holy Communion) Sundays. Social soup lunch Mondays 1-2pm.

The church is a Grade 2* listed building; it was built in the mid 19th century, under the direction of Rev Thomas Scott. Rev Scott's son, born in Gawcott, became the famous architect Sir George Gilbert Scott; he designed the Albert Memorial, St Pancras Station Hotel and many other buildings.
