• Children must be supervised at all times throughout the site, including use of the W/C and washroom facilities
• BBQs are allowed, but must be raised off the grass. Please ask at the office.
• We do not guarantee particular pitches and they can be changed at our discretion at any time.
• Speed limit - strictly 5mph.
• No Dogs allowed (apart from Guide Dogs or Assistance Dogs, which must be kept on a lead at all times and all dog mess is to be picked up immediately)
**** Bookings, deposits and balance payment ****
*** Booking confirmation and deposit ***
To secure your booking, we require a deposit of 20% of the overall cost of your holiday to secure your stay. Once a deposit has been received, your booking will be confirmed in writing. This could be in the form of an email, if an email address is specified. Email addresses might also be used by ourselves for marketing purposes but WILL NOT be passed onto third parties. Please make sure you check your confirmation carefully once received to make sure your booking details are correct, as we may be unable to accommodate alterations to your booking, for instance a change of date, at a later date. We will try to honour your request but we are unable to guarantee specific pitch allocation.
*** Balance Payment ***
The balance is due 28 days prior to arrival. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in the loss of your deposit and cancellation of your booking. Receipts are not issued for balance payments unless requested. Deposits paid and final balances are non-refundable unless there are government restrictions relating to the COVID19 pandemic. This does not cover being unable to travel due to illness and we would advise you to get travel insurance to cover this. We are a small family run business and, should you holiday be cancelled due to the Coronavirus pandemic, we very much encourage you to rebook your holiday at a later date rather than having your deposit repaid. You are welcome to hold the monies on your account to be used against a future booking to be taken before the 31st December 2022. We appreciate sometimes situations can change resulting in a change in your holiday plans. We strongly advise you take out your own holiday insurance to cover you should you have to cancel. We advise that your insurance should also cover any losses, injury, travel cost and accommodation cost.

If you cancel 28 days or more before you are due to arrive, your deposit will be lost. Cancellations less than 28 days before arrival will result in the balance of your holiday paid being lost. We regret the weather conditions are beyond our control and we cannot refund any monies if you cancel your booking, or reduce the length of your stay due to the weather.
*** Arrival and departure ***
Your pitch will be available from noon on the booked day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Due to office opening hours and staffing, the latest arrival time is 6pm. Please report to the reception office on arrival. Should you prefer a contactless check in please contact us prior to arrival. We reserve the right to re-let pitches if you have not arrived by 6pm, unless you have notified us of a situation beyond your control, for instance, severe motorway delays due to a RTC.
*** Children ***
Families with children are very welcome at Ivyleaf Campsite, but they must be supervised at all times when using the park's W/C and washroom facilities. In the interest of safety, bicycles, skateboards, scooters and rollerblades are not permitted. This is due to the hardstanding surface on site being unsuitable. In the local area, there are facilities for bicycles, skateboards, scooters and rollerblades. The nearest skatepark is situated adjacent to the carpark in the Crooklets area of Bude.
*** Quiet time ***
We are a small family run, family friendly campsite and to help ensure a happy holiday for all, noise should be kept to a minimum between the hours of 10pm and 7.30am. This also includes all electronic and digital devices including; televisions, radios, iPads, wireless speakers etc, which should be used considerately during the day. Sound from devices should not be audible outside of your accommodation between the hours of 10pm and 7.30am. Unruly behaviour or underage drinking is absolutely not tolerated. Anyone found to be behaving in this manner will be asked to leave. Consideration of other guests
Ball games – must not be played in the vicinity of any accommodation, caravan or tent.
*** Personal Belongings ***
Management cannot accept responsibility for any personal belongings. Items left behind will be held in our lost property store. Any items left unclaimed will be disposed of after 3 months.
*** Number in Party ***
For camping and touring: We allow a maximum of 6 people per pitch. If maximum occupancy is exceeded, then two pitches must be booked. No all male, all female, mixed groups or large parties are permitted. Families and Couples only.
*** Tent Size ***
We do not allow tents over 6m x 6m on one pitch. Tents exceeding this size will require two pitches - please advise the need for adjacent pitches at time of booking.
*** Vehicles ***
One vehicle is permitted per pitch. Additional vehicles are required to be parked in the designated areas and will be charged for. We do not allow commercial vehicles on-site.
*** VAT ***
VAT is included at the current rate.
*** BBQs and Fires ***
BBQ’s and fire pits are permitted but MUST be raised off the grass at all times. They can be placed on bricks to avoid burning the grass. Never take BBQs inside your accommodation due to the risk of carbon monoxide poisoning. Always make sure they are fully extinguished and completely cooled before disposing of the charcoal or BBQ tray. Please be aware of the location of fire safety points before starting your BBQ or fire pit. Open fires are not permitted.
*** General Conditions ***
Please respect our staff at all times. The Company and its employees accept no liability for any accident, injury, loss or damage to any persons or property occupying or using any part of the park, however caused. Any person in breach of the booking conditions or park rules may, at the discretion of the management, be asked to leave. Any person causing offence to other guests at the park may, at the discretion of the management, be asked to leave. The decision of the management on all the above will be final. Payment of your deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
