Nest year Bude is hosting the World Championships of Surf Kayaking.
The council have agreed to allow a temporary judging tower to be placed next to the lifeguard tower over looking Crooklets beach on the Downs for the competition.

We are looking forward to this fantastic event highlighting the amazing coastline that we call home!

Great Western Railway is working in partnership with Network Rail and Devon County Council to reopen the Dartmoor Line from Crediton to Okehampton before the end of 2021.
