Step inside this pretty, brand new, first-floor apartment where you will find the entrance hall includes a large cupboard perfect for storing outdoor clothing, and then head straight through into the gorgeous open-plan living space. This fabulously sociable room boasts a set of Fr

ench doors offering lovely parkland and brook views and which open onto a Juliet balcony. There is also a comfortable corner group sofa sat in front of a TV, which provides the perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring, and located beside this a lovely relaxed dining area. Also perfectly presented and appointed kitchen area which includes an electric oven and hob, fridge with ice compartment and also a dishwasher. Venturing back towards the entrance you will then discover the beautiful bedroom which includes a king-size bed and has been lovingly decorated in a contemporary country style. Completing the offering inside the apartment and located opposite the bedroom is a light and fresh shower room with a shower and WC. The apartment is dog friendly and can accommodate 2 x medium sized dogs. There is no garden space with the apartment but there are a selection of public green spaces just a short stroll away. Private off-road parking for one car is provided directly outside.

Fabulous place to stay and spotlessly clean. Location close to Bude town and Summerleaze beach you could walk it in approximately 25mins or bus stop just across the road from apartment. Hosts were excellent.
