Bank Holiday weekend is always one of our busiest - families staying over, groups booking the whole sauna out, breakfast tables full from early. If you want to be part of it, sauna sessions are going quickly.

We think wellness has been sold to us wrong. It’s not a once-a-year spa weekend or a five-step morning routine. It’s smaller and closer than that - a sauna before work, a proper lunch break, a walk instead of a scroll. Most of it is available on an ordinary Wednesday, if we let it be.

It sounds backwards, but its true. The guests who visit mid-week, guilt free, before the to-do list is finished, they are often our most content ones. Maybe rest as never meant to be a reward. Maybe it’s meant to come first.
