What a wonderful send off for the queen of Bude today, it was Great to see so many friends & family and all the local people from around Bude to celebrate this wonderful lady and her life. RIP Margaret you would have been so proud. To commemorate her life wave gallery have posted a painting of the Rustic tea rooms. Contact LYN.

Today we said farewell to our much loved Queen of Bude, Margaret Frost B E M.
Last year, whilst queuing with the family for her legendary cream teas, she leant through the caravan hatch. 'Yer. Darlin'. I'd love a painting of this place if you have time.'

This evening I spent time with Michele Frost, sharing memories of her Mum, who was loved by so many people far and wide💕

I offered to open a memory book at the Falcon Hotel, so her Mums family and friends will have an opportunity to pop in and write their own memories/messages, (or photos, as they speak a thousand words) for Mitch and her family to cherish.

It is with great regret we have to announce the sad loss of one of Bude’s Legendary persons who sadly passed away having suffered a Large heart attack. Margaret will be truly missed as she stood for Bude and was a Major representative and fund raiser of many charity organisations and she raised so much money for them, she was awarded the BEM for her services to Bude and many awards. This is for all our guests who visited the Rustic tea rooms and participated in her Legendary Cornish tea and scones. She will be sorely missed. RIP Margaret. ❤️❤️❤️
