The Cornakey Farm Shepherd's Hut is styled on traditional shepherd huts of the past, with corrugated steel sides, roof and wooden windows. Our hut brings the old style into the 21st century with underfloor heating, double glazed windows, kitchen, shower room, wood burner and outside a wood fired hot tub which offers guests a luxurious experience. The hut has a king size bed plus a bunk bed accommo
dating 2 adults and 2 children (aged between 3 and 12 ). The bunk bed is also a comfy sofa giving couples a place to relax and enjoy the stunning views and amazing sunsets through the double doors. The kitchen has everything required for cooking, belfast sink, oven/grill, fridge, cooking utensils and crockery. On arrival the fridge will be stocked with milk and 4 eggs from our own free range chickens (when possible). The kitchen will include tea and coffee making facilities so you'll soon be able to sit back and relax. Outside the hut there is plenty of space for you to enjoy your surroundings. An exciting feature being the wood fired hot tub, this seats 2 people giving you the chance to unwind and relax. The wood burner will be well stocked with wood on arrival and additional wood can be purchased from us or elsewhere. The hut is situated in a field with sheep and we lamb twice a year so there will often be lambs to watch from the hut. Price per night is seasonal and between £150-£175 per night with discount for stays of 4 nights and longer, 2 nights minimum stays during low season and 3 night minimum stay during high season.
