Good evening everyone.
A rare opportunity has arisen to become a private owner of a brand new 2025 Carnaby Silverdale at our popular 5 star family run holiday park in Bude North Cornwall.
We are a small family run park that prides ourselves on customer satisfaction and holiday happiness. We have 20 private owners, 20 hire fleet van and 60 camping and touring pitches. We do not have a clubhouse or bar as we feel this will spoil the tranquil atmosphere of our family orientated experience. We are within walking distance of Bude and its fabulous beaches (15 mins) and situated on the southwest coast path.
The van is positioned on an end plot with great views of the countryside, the area to the right is potentially available with separate negotiation.
The Carnaby Silverdale boasts contemporary styling with open plan comfort.
In the Kitchen you’ll find, a twin cavity oven, gas hob, integrated fridge freezer and an externally vented cooker hood. This is all brought together with a Carnaby crafted dining table styled with black legs and comfortable dining chairs.
The van enjoys a well proportioned master bedroom, which has enough space for a king size bed, dressing table, spacious wardrobe and en-suite toilet. All bedrooms feature contemporary curtains, voiles, matching upholstered headboards and high quality Carnaby Comfort mattresses.
The family bathroom features patterned flooring, chrome mixer tap, countertop sink and mirrored wall cabinet. A walk-in thermostatically controlled shower gives all the home from home comforts you’ll ever need.
The site fees are £1752 per year and rates are £624 for 7 months.
The electricity is metered and billed yearly. We are a Calor supplier, and the van is complete with 2x47kg loaned bottles. These are replaced as and when they are needed and we look after this, the price for the bottles is £ at the time of this advert 15/06/2025. The buyer is responsible for insuring the van.
The price for the van is £52995 with no site fees or rates till January 2026.

Winter work well under way. Additional hook up pitches, terracing and leveling for bookable camping pitches and further all weather hard standings. Looking forward to seeing you all next year.

Work on the thatching well under way. Not a complete re- thatch but new ridge , shearing and re-shaping. Looking great in the sunshine.

Following the government's recent announcement we are delighted to confirm that we shall be open from 12th April.
For the time being this will be for self contained holidays only, for example static caravans motor homes and touring units with their own facilities, our on site showers and toilets will remain closed.
We will be contacting all our guests affected by this decision to discuss the options available. Our phone line and email are currently experiencing high volumes but please contact the office if you have any specific queries.

Following the recent government announcement we can now confirm that we will be opening on the 4th July. We are working hard to ensure the safety of ourselvers, our guests, and the wider community at large. With this in mind changes are being made all around the park to ensure social distancing and hygiene guidelines are being met. Facilities may have limited access throughout the day and we would ask all our visitors to follow the guidelines and show consideration to fellow guests.
We are limiting capacity and are currently not taking bookings for July and August. If you have already booked and have any concerns about your stay, please feel free to contact us. We are however experiencing an exceptionally high volume of calls at present but will get back to you as soon as possible.
We very much look forward to seeing you all and hope you have a safe and enjoyable holiday.
