Wishbone is a cosy, stylish and Scandi style loft, once used as accommodation on the first floor of the coachhouse barn. 🚐

The roof trusses go back to the 15th century, much older than the rest of the building. They are no longer structural but are preserved for their charm. 🪵

The same care and eye for detail that you see in the other properties at Posh is evident throughout. Not least the handmade wall tiles. 👐🏼

Golitha falls is a hidden gem. 💎

The falls are a series of small waterfalls on the river Fowey in a stunning, wooded valley. 🌳

This is also the location of Inkie's Smokehouse, without doubt the best BBQ joint, frankly, anywhere. Staggering food served by enthusiastic, vibrant staff. A must if you love your food!🔥

Rough Tor is a magical place, littered with Neolithic, Iron Age and Bronze Age settlements.🛖

The Tor is in the heart of Bodmin moor but easy to access on foot and so rewarding.🥾

Later in the year it is the scene of the most spectacular murmuration!

When you're done retire to the Rising Sun at Alturnun for great beer and food. 🍺

FACT! Bude is the sunniest and warmest town in Cornwall ☀️

Bodmin moor shelters Bude from Southerly winds and breaks up cloud, leading to more sunshine hours.🌤

Couple this with the local coastal environment and a unique microclimate is created.🌴

Bude sea pool was scheduled for demolition as part of Cornwall council's austerity initiative. Fortunately the people of Bude came together to form Friends of Bude Sea Pool to take it over; and today it thrives! 🏊‍♀️

Work is underway on the annual clean out ready for the coming season. 🌞

The 8th May is Floral Day in Cornwall, marking the end of winter and the beginning of summer. 🌞

At Posh the first oxeye daisy, of more than 3 acres that carpet the wildflower meadow every summer, appeared. 🌼
