Caer Beris Wales Chalet Holiday Home, Bookings This delightful privately owned chalet, in a lush verdant park, is situated on the edge of the Brecon Beacons. Each chalet is entitled to one rod on the river.

Only a mile away from the bustling ancient market town of Builth Wells , built on the banks of the River Wye, it is the perfect base to explore the magnificent beauty of the Welsh countryside. The chalet is well appointed and spotlessly clean. It can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children (in a small bunk room). It is on 1 level apart from a step from the car parking area to the door. Dogs are

welcome, in fact they will think it paradise with the abundance of walks, although it is park policy that they must be kept on a leash at all times within the boundaries. There is a designated 'dog walking' field a matter of yards from the chalet. Fishing is restricted to the fishing season, and to the designated areas. Anyone fishing must hold a local River Authority Licence (which may be purchased locally).Access: Car advised

April and May £250 per week
June and July £350 per week
August £450 per week
September and October £250 per week
£50 per night excluding August

Chalet Price list (Wales) 2012
March to May £300 per week
June and July £350 per week
August £ 400 per week
September to November £300 per week
£45 per night on non peek
£55 per night for peek (not including August)
The week of 23rd to 29th July £500 as the Royal Welsh Show is on.
