Crisp mornings with the first coffee of the day, long walks with a little chill in the air, evenings tucked up somewhere cosy and the very good feeling of getting warm again after a day outside.

Sometimes you don’t realise how much you’ve missed the outdoors until you’re properly back in it. 🌿

The smell of rain. The sound of birds somewhere in the trees. Cold morning air on your face. Coffee with nowhere to be. Evenings that get darker slowly, and skies that deserve a little more attention.
A few days surrounded by nature has a funny way of making everything else feel a little less urgent.

Somewhere between the woodland and the water, you’ll find Heron’s Hide. 🌿✨

Tucked away on the edge of a private lake in the Staffordshire countryside, this beautifully restored shepherd’s hut is made for two and wonderfully secluded.

Wake up in a bespoke super-king bed, spend slow mornings beside the water, wander through the surrounding countryside, or simply stay put and make the most of having nowhere else to be.

Outside, your private deck sits right at the water’s edge, complete with a Scandinavian wood-fired hot tub, barbecue and front-row seats for watching the wildlife. Inside, there’s even a freestanding bath waiting for you.
