£75 (additional to original price) returned to you on caravan inspection for breakages / damage .

At present we are not offering unlimited passes so there will be an additional charge to Unity of £4pppn (we have reduced our price to reflect this) the passes get you into the entertainment, offer Half Price Brean Splash & Brean Soft Play, Discount on Brean Theme Park, Golf & Fishing.

Our 3 bedroom (sleeps 6 people) caravan consists of one large double bedroom (with space for a travel cot, if needed) two twin bedrooms, main bathroom with large walk-in shower and separate toilet for added convenience. A large living area with a wrap around sofa, very spacious for the whole family to relax. A 32" TV with built in freeview. We also offer a well equipt kitchen, with a full size fridge freezer. Central heating and double glazing. Private, fully gated garden with a large picnic bench for outdoor enjoyment. Located a few minutes walk from the main entertainment (RJ's bar& resturant) and 5 minutes walk to Brean Water and Theme park, soft play etc.. This caravan has a no smoking policy and is pet free.
