So here is the final resultā€¦ after a month of work and a house largely covered in scaffolding, the redecoration is complete.

But not just redecoration, a lot of work fixing issues with the exterior that you might not have noticed.. including some repairs to the pool roof, some lead work and tile replacement, leaking window sills replaced and built to last, rotten woodwork replaced or resin-filled, a whole big section re-rendered and a massive paint job, done properly!

Huge thanks to DA Rayner for all the high quality work - itā€™s been a pleasure to have Dave and Ben working here.

So, the new colour schemeā€¦ weā€™ve changed from pale sage to a more traditional dark green and an off-white number.

Hope you like it as much as we do!! Now to get the windows cleaned at last and a bit of a tidy up in the garden!

If youā€™re passing by St Aubynā€™s over the next few weeks, you might notice weā€™re looking a little differentā€¦ šŸ‘€

Behind the scaffolding, our little guest house is getting a fresh new look. Weā€™re keeping the final reveal under wraps for now, but we canā€™t wait to show you the finished result.

āœØ Weā€™re still very much open as usual, and itā€™s business as normal inside ā€“ just with a little makeover taking place on the outside.
