This is one of our main aims - Travelling with little ones is a mindfield and if we can make that easier by making our Caravan cosy and homely so that everyone is at ease the moment they step in then we are doing something right 🥰

✏️ Wednesday Review Day ✏️

Our spot on site is just so perfect (well we think so 🫣)

We are 2 minutes walk from the lake, 5 minutes to the main complex and swimming and 10 minutes to the back gate which takes you out to the seafront! Everything is moments away but it's rarely noisy (there's always the odd one or two!) which makes for a relaxing stay.

On the other hand, if you do like to people watch.... There is always a steady stream walking past 😎

The sunshine is out.....

We found the geese babies after changeover today 🥰

And the outdoor pool is open... So Cub wants to go in NOW naturally!

Fingers crossed this sunshine stays for half term.... And maybe a bit longer!

And I totally agree.... We do need some outdoor seating/table - Sadly the sun made an appearance before my planned budget for it!! 🫣 I've probably missed summer now!! 🙄

What would you prefer? Chairs and Table, Picnic bench... Or something else??

🧡 WHAT A OPENING MONTH 💚

WOW.... What an amazing April to start off our 2026 season....

We had an outstanding 23 nights over 14 bookings and we have had a 50th birthday, a funeral, a family reunion, more birthdays and hopefully lots of wonderful happy memories made.

Now then May... What do you have in store???🤔

We have been adding a little sprinkle of Easter magic into the caravan and welcome hampers over the last few weeks.... Including window stickers which I haven't taken a picture of 🫣

How many of the window stickers will I forget to take down?? 🫣

It's been a busy week over at Joey & Cub deep cleaning and organising ready for our first guests of 2026 🎉

A nap and tea was VERY needed 🤣 Although I was slightly jealous of Joey's nap..... But I had made the beds 🤣🙄
