Five years underground.
Back in '21, as the world started to open back up, we headed down into The Vaults, which had been slightly forgotten, and launched our very first Underground Supper Club.
We called it โBack to Reality.โ
A name that summed up exactly what we all needed at the time โ great food, brilliant drinks, music playing, and people back around tables again.
We wanted to give our chefs the freedom to create, open some special bottles, shake some proper cocktails, and bring a little energy back.
We had no idea what it would become. The menus got bolder, the music got louder, the cocktails got stronger - and we kept selling out!
In '24 we made The Vaults the space these evenings deserved โ restoring and reimagining our incredible 12th century cellars with a bigger bar, beautiful new design and even more reasons to stay longer.
Weโve worked alongside some incredible collaborators including and , poured interesting wines, created one-off menus and served hundreds of dishes that will never be repeated.
The menus, wine and cocktails change but the feeling stays the same. A unique venue full of people having fun.
Along the way, Underground Supper Club was named one of Olive Magazineโs Top 10 Dining Experiences โ but the thing weโre proudest of is the energy in the room and the smiles on faces.
