Cafwyd penwythnos arbennig iawn i ddathlu bywyd Eleri, Cae Clyd. Diolch yn fawr iawn i bawb a wnaeth gyfrannu. Casglwyd Β£3,500 rhwng y ddau ddiwrnod at Ymgyrch Cancr Cymru.

A very special weekend was held at Cae Clyd to celebrate Eleri's life. Thank you all for the donations. Between both days Β£3,500 raised towards Cancer Research Wales.
