MRS MOUSE IS DOING A THING.. she's not happy about it..see below....

You may wonder why I am running 10k given my deep disgust of all things exercise.

Ponthafren is amazing.. We are a teeny team who work our socks off to improve the lives of people around us. I am blessed to work in a team of people who care, we care for one another and we care about our clients.

Last year we were funded 5k to deliver counselling services to hundreds of people.. We spent 60k. It's not sustainable without donations. Small charities are struggling, equally they plug a lot of gaps.. So.....

Your donation will not be spent on vast salaries or marketing or any other such luxury. It will be spent on helping to ease, for our wonderful clients, the mental distress that most of us feel at sometime in our lives, we are small, we are deserving and we don't waste money. We the mice went on our hollybobs to Italy.. And the garden woke up whilst we were gone 🙂 the bluebell wood is almost in full swing ♥️
