Our beetroot and quinoa falafel are tasty bites of nutritional powerhouses! Quinoa is packed with fibre, plant-based protein and B-vitamins (in particular B2, B6 and B9). Both quinoa and beetroot have positive impacts on heart health and blood pressure.
We roast the beetroot first, with a little bit of garlic, carrots and onion, then combine with cooked quinoa, herbs and spices, before making into falafel shapes and baking again.
