FORRESTER PARK CLUB CHAMPIONSHIPS 2026

The Muir Cup was keenly contested affair. There was never more than a hole either way. George was very steady and Kevin cavalier and spectacular. Just when you thought one was about to get the upper hand the other came fighting back. In the end it came down to the 18th where a loose drive had Kevin on the back foot which enabled George to close out the match.
This was the best and most entertaining Muir Cup final I have witnessed. - Andy Sturton

Club Championship, between Michael Moir and Jordan Bowe guaranteed a new name on the trophy this year. Jordan took an early commanding lead and was four up after 6 holes. At which point Michael put on a great display to square the match after 11. Jordan once again got his nose in front being two up after 13 only for Michael to square the game again on 16. Jordan winning 17 and a halved hole on 18 meaning he is FPR club champion for 2026. All in all a great came to watch with the game seemly going one way then the come backs squaring things up taking this to the last hole. Don Deveney
