Riverside House Luxury bed and breakfast GUEST HOUSE : there are three rooms, two good sized and one larger room with observation gallery overlooking the garden.

Riverside House has three letting bedrooms and a self catering Garden flat.as the name suggests the large south facing garden is on the banks of the River Leny. All rooms have king size double beds, flat screen TVs, and tea and coffee making facilities. The en suites are luxuriously fitted out with quality fitments and accessories. There is a large Guest lounge /dining room and free Wi Fi through

out the house. Full Scottish breakfast included in the price and packed lunches can be arranged with prior notification. There is a large south facing garden which stretches down to the river. perfect for wild swimming , fishing our just sitting watching all the wildlife
GARDEN FLAT: The flat has direct access to a
patio and the garden and has its own separate entrance. The Flat consists of a large bedroom Kitchen and bathroom with a separate bath and walk in shower and underfloor heating. In the garden there is a large log cabin which is luxuriously furnished to provide lounge and dining room facilities however if you wish to have breakfast or dinner in the Guest House then this is an option.
