Gosh the summer holidays will soon be here! The sun is shining and it's going to be a wonderful beach day 😀
We are lucky to have the choice of some amazing beaches within a 15 minute drive. Portreath, Godrevy and The Towans. Three miles of sand and named the best beach in the South West by the Times newspaper!

Twins born this morning

A recent trip to Pendennis Castle at Falmouth. Only a short drive from us and lots to see. Great for a family outing and picnic with lots to explore. There's a small soft play area for the under 5's near the cafe and check out their special events days during the holidays with Knights and jousting. Plus of course free entry for English Heritage members.

Not only are we close to some of the most beautiful beaches but in an area steeped in tin mining history. The Unesco heritage site with it's circular walk/cycle trail is within half a mile. Here is a glimpse of just a part!
