Rob brought a lot of stories back from his three years Head Chef in the Caribbean Cotton House Hotel on Mustique. He is happy to share most of these, but one thing no one knows is how he makes his signature Jerk Sauce.

THIS Saturday 25th July

Rob's Caribbean BBQ Menu has been released - see below!

Rob can't wait to take himself back to his Mustique Island Cotton House Hotel days. Donning his shades and shorts and firing up the bbq. We might be missing the sand and the sea, but the fine summer weather continues and have everything else.

We will of course also be showcasing Rob's cocktail find again - Nine Isles Caribbean gin - see below - and be indulging in Rob's Mustique Island playlist.

We were delighted to host a wonderful Balsham Ascot Ladies Fundraiser for Breast Cancer Now

And thank you to Rob for putting himself forward, and the Black Bull Team for raising an extra £520 for the charity by auctioning a private chef dinner experience for six.

Thank you to all the bidders you all played your part in raising such a great sum for a cause that is very close to so many.
