Outdoor areas include a patio with seating, oven, barbecue, and garden. Street parking is close to the house. The village has a spring with drinking water, a café with a small shop, and quiet streets with little traffic.

Tábua is 3 km away, with shops, pools, restaurants, health services, and transport. Coja, Coimbra, Viseu, Serra da Estrela, and waterfalls are easy to visit.
