Less than 5 miles from the city of Cambridge, the village of Knapwell nestles in beautiful farmland amongst a wealth of medieval cottages and is a picture of rural tranquility. Knapwell Wood Farm is a privately owned, wholly renovated, former working farmhouse that offers renowned high quality service and exquisite accommodation. The farmhouse, set within two acres of private gardens, has welcomed many awards over its’ 14 years as a Bed and Breakfast, including Certificates of Excellence from Trip Adviser and a Stellar Stays commendation from Hotels Combined.

Travelled to from all over the world, Cambridge is just a stone's throw from Knapwell, taking just 15 minutes to drive into the hustle and bustle of this iconic hub. A regular, convenient and efficient bus service into Cambridge is only a ten-minute walk away, and a park and ride bus service at Madingley is a mere five-minute drive away. Enjoy a punt along the Cam, a tour around the colleges and a wander through the museums knowing you can return to the tranquility of Knapwell Wood Farm to unwind.

We’ve been living at Knapwell Wood Farm since 2003 and have converted a near derelict farmhouse into the Bed and Breakfast it is today over the duration.
