We’re shaking things up with two twists that might just become the drinks of the summer.

🤍 White Chocolate Old Fashioned – smooth, rich and dangerously delicious.Sweet, silky white chocolate meets the bold bite of whiskey. Dessert and cocktail in one glass.

Ingredients

Bourbon or rye whiskey

White chocolate liqueur

Orange bitters

Sugar syrup

Orange peel

White chocolate shavings (for garnish)

🌿 Rhubarb & Ginger Old Fashioned – bright, spicy and seriously refreshing.Sharp rhubarb, warm ginger and smooth whiskey… this one tastes like sunshine in a glass. Calling it now: summer’s sleeper hit.

If you’re staying at The Granary your Cornish retreat, you and your four-legged friend are perfectly placed for some unforgettable walks. Just around the corner, you’ll find Davidstow Woods – a peaceful, tree-lined haven with winding trails, perfect for a shady stroll or a game of fetch. 🌳🐕

For something a little more atmospheric, head over to the abandoned airfield on the edge of Bodmin Moor.
