The Castlehill Aparthotel team would like to express our sincere thanks for the outstanding support we have received from Campbell and Ryan from C R Electrical Ltd throughout our development.

This has not been an easy project. Repurposing a Victorian building and giving it a new lease of life has been far from Straightforward. The CR Electrical Team has done a tremendous piece of work across all 3 floors. This has included a full rewire, the installation of an L1 Fire Alarm system, a new eco-efficient Electrical Heating system, CAT 6 structured cabling for the IT Data Networking and CCTV.

It’s been great to have such skilled local trades on this project and they have really integrated with the rest of the development team. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail shown throughout will play a key role in improving the energy efficiency and digital capability of the building, helping to secure a sustainable and productive future within the town for many years to come.
