We have decided to try something new, an experience rather than a standard holiday let which we are hoping you will give a try. Before we joined the estate as one of their Coastal Properties we trialled out the experience ourselves, as a family, to see what our guests will receive when they stay with us it was a real treat and we throughly enjoyed being spoilt!

When booking via Carbis Bay Hotel you will receive the hotel luxuries that all hotel guests receive but in the privacy of a Penthouse apartment with gorgeous sea views.
Full spa access in their beautiful spa with views overlooking the bay (although times are restricted of those with children)
A welcome hamper full of local treats and goodies plus a freshly baked cake to enjoy after your journey.
A breakfast hamper delivered to your door each morning with hot breakfasts such as bacon/sausage ciabatta's plus individually wrapped ham, cheese, smoked salmon, a loaf of bread, pastries, fresh orange juice, fruit, Greek yoghurt (availability may alter contents slightly). You choose your delivery time and the concierge will deliver.
Daily room cleans and resets.
24hr concierge via WhatsApp - no need to leave the apartment.
Priority booking for estate restaurants.
Access to all hotel facilities, perhaps for a coffee in the Orangery enjoying the views over the bay.
Or you could enjoy the views from your balcony window at Under the Moon and not need to leave the apartment for the entirety of your stay.

A bit late but it was beautiful to see the St Ives Fireworks from the balcony! Both boys tucked up in bed, out if the rain and cold and no negotiating getting back after midnight. We even spotted a few torches along the coastal path with people making their way back after it had finished too 😂 All from the comfort of Under the Moon! 🥰

I feel like this place is so special it deserved a permanent place on the grid!

on Porthmeor Beach is just lovely. Friendly staff, great food, great pods for outside (sheltered) eating, amazing views, child friendly and a great location. We booked our table for May half term week in February so if you fancy a table here, which I thoroughly recommend- book in advance.

This lovely lady called Molly worked for a charity that works with St Ives Bid and the community and came to the Kings coronation with a huge craft supply. The boys made crowns, done rock painting and even had a cupcake...all for free! Molly was great with my boys and the others that joined in. Thank you Molly!! 😊

You can afford to consume your weight in food and drink when you're staying with us because the walk to and from the beach will keep you fit! 😉

I remember our first visit to Carbis Bay over 9 years ago and this was a massive surprise...the advantage being you get the most amazing sea views from because of being higher up! 💙
