"Having met at an Irish session in South London, we are inspired by the dance music of Ireland and play plenty of jigs, reels, and polkas, mixed with tunes from Scotland, England, and Scandinavia. Up-date - Thank you to everyone who has shown an interest so far. We are making our way through applications and will be in touch with you all soon.

We are looking for some folk to join our amazing team from now through to mid November in various roles but mainly bar/FoH and kitchen work. We are hoping for some locals with their own accommodation to pick up some shifts and we will have some staff accommodation available too from September for applicants from further afield.
