A small, friendly running club operating out of the Village Hotel in Whitchurch just off the Coryton roundabout (M4 - J32 - postcode CF14 7EF). Newcomers of any ability are very welcome. We meet on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at the main reception at 18.00, for various training runs around the local "undulating" countryside. Usual distance is 4-6 miles with 2-3 short stops to re-group. On Saturdays we meet at 09:30 (same place) and do a longer run (c.9-10 miles although there are shorter and longer options). We participate in a range of events from 5k to ultras and we also have a very lively social side with quizzes, garden parties, a Christmas Party and other special events being organised throughout the year.
