Austins Covid-19 update.
We at Austins Guest House always want to keep our customers health and safety a priority, after careful discussions and changes in our procedures, we are now back open based on guidance from health and government authorities. Here are a few of the measures put in place to ensure guest and staff safety. We look forward to welcoming you soon.
✅ Sanitising liquid at the entrance of each property for guests to use.
✅ In house laundry utilising OTEX disinfectant technology on our washing machines. The technology is used in hospitals and care homes as it kills 99.9% of bacteria and viruses.
✅ Our housekeeping are wearing gloves and using protective PPE to keep both our guests and themselves safe.
✅ Our housekeeping team are using commercial chemicals which kill viruses including Covid-19.
✅ Contactless check-in using pin codes for entry means you don’t need to interact with any members of staff.
✅ Full sanitisation of rooms after check-out utilising chemicals which kill the virus.
