It’s the weather for our cheese special! 🧀

House chestnut brioche & fennel seed crackers, smoked marcona almonds, caperberries, sweet pickled guindilla peppers, membrillo, fig chutney 🥜🍷 Cañarejal is an incredible unpasteurised ewes milk cheese, coming from a natural park in Valladolid. It’s a classic ‘torta’ style cheese, made with thistle rennet (therefore it’s veggie also). It’s mild and buttery, but with herbs and almost mushroom notes in it. It’s often almost liquid inside, and all you need is a spoon to dig in! 🤤
