🥳 OUR GUESTS ARE BETTER THAN YOURS 🥳

We had a brilliant group staying with us last night. They were attending a wedding in Carlisle so needed somewhere to stay... This is what Rob walked into today!

All beds stripped & put into the pillow cases, all dishes done then put away & look at that for toilet roll decoration 🤩 you’d never know they’d been!

If you know anyone coming to Cumbria and needing somewhere to stay make sure you let them know about us 🧡

Well, we knew it was going to busy this weekend but not that busy 🫣

The only few times we go away and EVERYTHING goes wrong 🥴 Guest showers not working, guests getting locked out, guests not being able to find the iron 🤦🏻‍♂️ and the best one yet… a guest stuck in the lakes with a flat tyre asking if we can go out and sort it… 🤣

It was a test but we are still here to tell the tale 😮‍💨 While we were in London with Jigz playing at Chelsea Football Club everyone back home got the jobs done that kept all our guests happy & still receiving 5* reviews… just didn’t manage to get the tyre changed 🫣

Going to London on a bank holiday weekend probably wasn’t our smartest idea 🫣

With the right systems in place along with our cleaners & maintenance teams, we can run this ship from anywhere in the world 🌎

🐶 Meet Ramos 🐶

With the bank holiday fast approaching & the weather looking fabulous we’ve had to go round our properties cutting the grass this week.

The lads staying with us are brilliant & we’ve got to know on a personal level. They we’re happy for us to come round and get the gardens done while they were out working, this is where we met Ramos who had lots of fun playing with Benji in the sun ☀️

Another reason why we are different to other property management companies offering serviced accommodation in Cumbria. We are hands on, we do maintenance jobs & guests appreciate that, that’s why they come back time & time again 🤝

Most people on social media post the big wins only! Everyone only wants to show how well they’re doing which is good… but not always truthful…

Here we’ve posted guest damages, water falls coming through the roof 🫣 We are here to be real. We share the good, the bad and the ugly.

Exactly what’s it’s like working with us! We are honest, transparent & will tell you how to get the best from your property 🏡

We tried to be serious on Friday making content to show what we’re about but it turned into a day of belly laughter and lots of fun 🤣
