When we took on Smoke & Dough Wales, we wanted to create a place that people would be proud to visit somewhere that could become a real asset to Carmarthenshire and the local community.

It’s been a huge amount of hard work, and we couldn’t have done it without our amazing team and all of the workers who have put in so much effort, especially during the final week leading up to opening. We truly appreciate every single one of you. ❤️

A massive thank you to all of our existing customers for your continued support, and to all of our new customers who have already come through the doors and helped make this happen.

FULL-TIME TEAM MEMBER WANTED
📍 The Barrel Room at Smoke & Dough Wales

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, people-focused person to join our team as we launch The Barrel Room!

If you love meeting people, thrive in a busy environment and enjoy creating great customer experiences, we’d love to hear from you.

Your role will include:
🍺 Running the bar
🎯 Supervising our interactive darts experience
📅 Taking bookings and managing reservations
🍔 Taking food and drink orders
😊 Delivering fantastic customer service every shift

What we’re looking for:
✅ Friendly, confident and reliable
✅ Able to work evenings and weekends
✅ Good organisational skills
✅ Some knowledge of interactive darts gaming would be an advantage (don’t worry if you’re not an expert – full training will be provided!)
✅ Hospitality or bar experience preferred

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing, ambitious business and help make The Barrel Room the place to be!
