Entrance is into the SPACIOUS KITCHEN which has a range of fitted units incorporating an electric cooker, inset microwave oven, large fridge/freezer and a breakfast table with chairs. The lovely OPEN PLAN sitting and dining room is light and airy and has French doors leading to the decking. The dining area has a dining table and 4 chairs. The sitting area is fur

nished with a very comfortable three piece suite, 42″ TV with DVD player, coffee table and items of occasional furniture. There are two bedrooms. BEDROOM 1 has a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. BEDROOM 2 has two single beds which can be zipped together to make a king size bed (please state your preference at the time of booking), bedside tables, chest of drawers and a wardrobe. There is a modern shower room with a suite of walk in shower, WC and wash basin. Garden & Parking

There is a large decked area off the lodge with a table and chairs for al-fresco dining.The owners welcome you to explore their 8 acre smallholding with woodland, meadows and an orchard garden with lawn to the side of the lodge. A private woodland glade garden to the rear of the lodge has bench seating and makes a perfect place for relaxing in seclusion; there is a chimenea in this area for warming up cool evenings or barbecuing. There is parking for two cars and a boat. Storage space for bikes and surfboards can be made available.
