Yesterday we had the most wonderful afternoon in the sunshine, listening to the fantastic Carmarthen Symphonic Wind Band, and raising funds for two charities close to our hearts - The Alzheimers Society UK and Marie Curie Cancer Care. We would like to thank our friends, neighbours and family for their fantastic help and support in putting this event on as we couldn't have done it without you 😁 And we are delighted to report that we raised £900 which will be split between these two worthwhile charities. 😊

Watching the solar eclipse yesterday turned into a bit of a party with our lovely international guests from Switzerland, Germany and France. Thank you all for sharing this experience with us and for providing the glasses 🕶😎. It''s probably only Madeleine (12 yrs old) who will be here to witness the next one so we told her to remember this one, when she came on holiday to Wales and fell in love with Willow.

One of the best things about running a B&B is meeting so many interesting people from all over the World. Meet Pawlie Bryant , our regular guest from Santa Barbara, California.
Four years ago, he became interested in Welsh culture and language, now speaks Welsh fluently, and is currently writing and recording a Welsh album! How lovely to get this 5 star review from our returning Swiss guests. 😊

Linda and George are wonderful hosts who have outdone themselves by creating their amazing B&B.
The rooms are spacious and very tastefully decorated. The breakfast is very nicely done and there is warm and comfortable feeling as soon as you step into the B&B.
It's always a pleasure coming back to stay for a few nights!

We arrived in a very eerie New Quay at 1pm to thick fog yesterday, but an hour later, beautiful sunshine resumed! We didn't see the dolphins but really enjoyed lunch overlooking the harbour.
